            <description><![CDATA[<p>LeE HARVeY OsMOND&rsquo;s &ldquo;A Quiet Evil&rdquo; has been nominated for a <a href="http://www.polarismusicprize.ca/2010longlist/">2010 Polaris Music  Prize</a>, a music award annually given to the best full-length Canadian  album based  on artistic merit, regardless of genre, sales, or record  label.</p><br /><p>The shortlist will be announced on July 6, and the winner on  September 20.</p>]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[<p>The Hamilton Spectator and Vibewrangler Studio are presenting a fundraiser concert event for Haiti relief efforts on Sunday, January 31 at Hamilton Place&rsquo;s Great Hall theatre. Doors open at 7 PM.</p><br /><p>The show features Feist, Tom Wilson, The Arkells, Canadian Idol winner Brian Melo, Blackie &amp; The Rodeo Kings, Luke Doucet, Lee Harvey Osmond, Melissa McClelland and Jacob Moon.
